District competition is scheduled for January 28 at Alma College in Alma, MI. The EGR Public performance is Thursday, February 2 at 7:30 p.m. in the PAC. Use the link in the sidebar for a ticket order form.
Variety Show Auditions
Auditions for EGRHS's annual Variety Show will be held January 30-31. Bands, musical solos, dance, skits have graced the PAC stage in past years.

THE SECOND CITY returns to EGR for Annual Performing Arts Benefit!
SAVE THE DATE! Saturday, March 10th at 7:30 p.m. America's famed comedy troupe, The Second City, will be at the EGRHS Performing Arts Center for it's one-of-a-kind "Laugh Out Loud Tour." From the company that launched the careers of Tina Fey, Stephen Colbert, Steve Carell, Gilda Radner, Bill Murray, and more, comes the next generation of the the comedy world's best and brightest! It promises to be an evening of hilarious sketch comedy and "The Second City's" trademark improvisation. The evening will also include the presentation of the Sheila Pantlind award to an individual who has supported the Arts in EGR. This event is sponsored by the EGR Stage and Music Boosters and proceeds will support the East Grand Rapids Performing Music and Drama programs. Click below for a ticket order form. "Phantom of the Opera" set pieces available for rent
In April 2011 EGRHS presented a sell out run of Andrew Lloyd Weber's Broadway smash hit "The Phantom of the Opera." Theatre companies interested in rental of all or portions of the set are encourage to contact our technical director, Mr. Trent Wadsworth, for details.
